一、表面式冷油器的概述：

冷油器是一種表面式熱交換器，油冷卻器采用表面光管式結構，利用循環水作為熱交換介質，將軸承潤滑摩擦產生的熱量通過冷油器帶走，從而保持潤滑油溫度在35-45℃之間，防止軸承因高溫發生軟化、變形或燒損事故。

冷油器不僅廣泛應用于火力發電廠的汽輪機潤滑系統，還適用于EH油系統、給水泵潤滑系統、液耦工作油系統、密封油系統、磨煤機潤滑油站、控制油站以及引風機、送風機和一次風機等油站。在各類工業潤滑系統中，凡是需要油液冷卻的場景，冷油器都能發揮重要作用。

二、列管式冷油器的工作原理：

冷油器主要由上、下水室亦或前、后水室，殼體及管系構成。低溫冷卻水在換熱管內流動，高溫潤滑油在冷卻換熱管外隨導流隔板以S形流動，以此增大冷熱交換過程，提高冷卻效果。通過調節冷卻水的流量，可精確控制潤滑油的溫度。

三、結構形式

冷油器以安裝形式分為立式和臥式兩大類，以內部常用隔板結構分為弓形和圓環盤形。擴展按冷卻換熱管分為光管式和強化傳熱管式兩種，且以適合用戶和運行場景的需求，冷卻管材質分為T2銅管、HSN70-1合金銅管與HAI77-2合金銅管和TP304、TP316L、TP317L不銹鋼管及TA1、TA2鈦管供選擇。
