認證要求簡介

1.Biomass Mark is not international certification, so it is effective only domestic in Japan

Biomass不是國際認證，只適用日本國內。

2. Any biomass products even bag must contains raw biomass material at least 10% by dry weight, contains no toxic substances.

生物基含量最低要求10%，可以直接測試生物基含量，也可以由各原料廠商提供生物基含量

3. If there would be a case that the bag contact with food directly ( for example fruit ), the bag should be tested under the regulation as follows.  

4. submit the application form(Application form and question written in Japanese ) ,

material safety data sheet, finish product bag's biomass content.

認證需要提交申請表（日語），MSDS，還有生物基含量報告

5. **認證費用

Approval fee: 21,600JPY

Biomass mark Licence ( indication ) fee: 129600 JPY

Total fee for the first application:151200JPY,大概折合人民幣：8965.21

6. 證書后續監督審查Surveilance: unexpected inspections occasionally. Company need send biomass product for C14 analysis

證書有效期2年Certificate validity:2 years

更新證書費用，大概折合人民幣8500元

When you would renew agreement, you should pay 5,400JPY as renewal fee except for licence fee.

So 5,400JPY+5,400JPY*24=135,000JPY would be the total amount for the next 2 years.

7. Remark: same substance and same degree of biomass content but different size product would be one product
