CX-100 Crosslinking agent

CX-100 is a trifunctional aziridine crosslinker that does not contain any solvents and has a solid content of more than 99%. It is widely used in the fields of leather, textile, ink, paint, pressure sensitive adhesive, adhesive and curing agent. Its cross-linked film products, washing, scrub, chemicals, and adhesion on the substrate have significantly improved;

The cross-linking agent belongs to environment-friendly cross-linking agent and releases no harmful substances such as formaldehyde after the cross-linking, and the finished product is non-toxic and tasteless after the cross-linking;

The amount is usually 1-3% of the emulsion solids content, emulsion PH value is added in the 8-9, should not be used in acidic medium (PH<7);

CX-100 is mainly cross-linked with the carboxyl groups in the emulsion. It can also undergo cross-linking reaction with amine groups and hydroxyl groups under the catalysis of strong acids. Therefore, it is necessary to use aprotic organic bases as far as possible when adjusting the PH value of the system.

The aziridine crosslinking agent can occur at room temperature crosslinking reaction, but baking at 60-80 degrees better;

The crosslinking agent is a two-component crosslinking agent, once added to the system should be completed within two days, otherwise it will form a partial gel phenomenon;
