Evaporation coating equipment aluminizes the plastic surface through PVD technology, which can metallize the plastic surface and then spray various colors, which needs to be treated by UV before and after. The following is the process and parameters of UV coating production process:
- One: Check the line and make sure that all systems (dust removal, spray gun, compressed air, infrared heating and UV curing) are working properly.
- Second: Clean the surface of the substrate and remove the oil (dip the surface with clean clean cloth dipped in electric oil or isopropanol and dry immediately).
- Three: Electrostatic precipitator of substrate.
- Four: Spray primer, film thickness: 10 to 30 microns, can be adjusted according to specific substrates and requirements.
- Five: Leveling for 5 minutes in the infrared environment of 30 ℃ ~ 70 ℃ for 15 minutes.
- Six: UV curing, exposure energy: 600~1200mJ/cm2.
- Seven: Offline, slightly cooling, vacuum coating (indium, indium-tin, aluminum, etc.).
- Eight: After coating, stand still for cooling (usually ≥ 5 minutes, no more than 4 hours), and then apply the middle paint line body, or paint the line body directly.
- Nine: Spray paint, film thickness: 412 microns, color paste can be added as needed.
- Ten: Leveling for 5 to 15 minutes in the infrared environment of 30 ℃ ~ 70 ℃.
- Eleven: UV curing, exposure energy: 300~800mJ/cm2.
- Twelve: Spray topcoat, film thickness: 10: 30 microns, color paste or dumb paste can be added as needed.
- Thirteen: Leveling for 5 minutes in the infrared environment of 30 ℃ ~ 70 ℃ for 15 minutes.
- Fourteen: UV curing, exposure energy: 800~1500mJ/cm2 (the darker the color, the higher the energy required).
- Fifteen: Offline testing.
