 Product Introduction

The coating equipment can independently complete the whole process of emulsification, dispersion, grinding, refinement, cooling, filtration, vacuum automatic suction and semi-automatic filling. 

Pulping and painting are done in the same tank. 

This complete set of paint equipment can produce not only water-based coatings but also paints. 

 Main features 

The structure of the combined emulsifier specially designed by the paint equipment ensures that the processed materials run without dead angle under the conditions of high, medium and low viscosity, and the perfect combination of dynamic mixing in the kettle and static mixing outside the kettle ensures that pigments and high viscosity resins are highly dispersed and fully mixed. 

The special vacuum design ensures that the material is produced in vacuum, which can realize the vacuum automatic suction process and reduce the labor intensity. 

Complete configuration, users do not need to be equipped with other auxiliary equipment to turn on the power supply can be produced. 

The function of high shear inside the kettle and high shear grinding outside the kettle ensures the further refinement of the material and greatly shortens the operation time. 

 Production process 

The complete set of paint equipment makes the material lose weight instantly under the reasonable driving speed of the mixing blade, and forms omni-directional convection, diffusion and mutual shear in the mixing cylinder, which can achieve the effect of mixing uniformly and mildly, which will not destroy the raw material and ensure the heat preservation effect of the product.
