　　我公司生產的兩線防爆壓力變送器具有現場指示和遠傳輸出兩個功能，兩部分各自

相互獨立，顯示部分為一波登管壓力表，壓力傳感器和相應的電器組成兩線壓力變送器的輸

出部分。此產品被廣泛應用于石油、化工、煉鋼、化纖、制藥等行業。

　　此產品為本質安全防爆型產品。是根據GB3836-83《爆炸性環境用防爆電器設備的

有關規定》設計制造的，并通過國家指定的防爆檢驗部門檢驗，其防爆合格證編號為

GBY91158。

　　防爆標志為：Ex ib II CT5（853 簡易型無防爆證）

　　變送器與裝在控制室里的關聯設備或安全柵配套使用組成本質安全型防爆系統。

　　YSZA防腐型適用于對腐蝕性的氣體或液體的測量。

YSZA 簡易型儀表內可充油，應用在有振動的場所。

　　本儀表還可以通過配接化學密封隔離體，用于對具有較強腐蝕性且黏度較大易結晶

的液體的測量。

PRODUCT

OVERVIEW

　　The two-line pressure transmitter has the functions of spot display and output

distance. The display part is a bourdon tube pressure gauge and pressure transmitter,

relevant apparatus to be the output part. This product is widely used in petrochemical,

pharmacy, steel making and so on.

　　The transmitters are intrinsically safe style designed and manufactured in accor-

dance with the National Standard of GB3836-83 for the electric equipment used in hazard-

ous areas. Certificate of quality No.,GBY91158

　　Identification code: ib Ⅱ cT5 (Identification code : ib cT5 (without explosion-proof

certificate for 853 facility style)

　　YSZA-corrosion-proof is to measure the caustic gas or liquid.

　　YSZB-facility style is able to be filled with oil ,applied to the vibration surroundings.

　　The gauge also can be deployed with insulations to measure the caustic, ropy and

crystal medium.

外型結構及安裝方式

壓力變送器應盡量安裝在溫度梯度和溫度波動小的測壓點上，同時還要避免考慮到振動和沖擊的影響。變送

器應直接安裝在測量點上，但強腐蝕性的或過熱的介質不應與變送器直接接觸，需配裝化學密封組件或散熱器等

進行隔離保護，再把取壓口介質壓力傳輸到變送器。

Structure and installation

It is better to be installed to the place with little temperature fluctuate and avoid the vibration and concussion.

To make sure the sealing of the connection part, it is better to wrap the adhesive tape before fixing the transmitter.

It should be installed on the measuring point but not to touch the medium with strong corrupt and high

temperature. It is better to make a transition by a special pipe.

系統連接及調試

變送器在測量系統中的連接見圖，建議電源電壓 Us選用24V。

二次儀表中采樣電阻（負載電阻）R L 的阻值選用250Ω。如果Us和R L 選用別的數值，那么R L 值不能超過

由公式 R L = 計算得到的數值。

出廠前壓力變送器已按訂貨要求調試合格，用戶無需再做調整。長時間使用后如需重新標定，可分別調整

“調零電位器”和“調量程電位器”。壓力量程的下限值對應于 4mA，上限值對應 20mA. （ Z- 調零電位器 S-

調量程電位器）

The transmitter has been debugged as the customer’s request, no need to debug again. After long time

of using, if needed, it can be debugged by adjust “Zero electric device” and “Range electric device”. The down

limit of the range should be corresponding with 4mA，and up limit will be with 20mA. (Z- Zero electric device, S-

Range electric device)

安 裝

1. 直接安裝在測量點上（任意角度）。

2. 盡量安裝在溫度梯度與溫度波動小的測壓點上，同時避免強振動和沖擊。

3. 室外安裝時，盡可能放置于保護盒內，避免陽光直射和雨淋，以保持變送器性能穩定和延長使用壽命。

4. 測量蒸汽或其它高溫介質時，注意不要使變送器的工作溫度超限。必要時，請安裝散熱器或其它冷卻裝置連

接。

5. 安裝時應在變送器和介質之間加裝壓力截止閥，以便檢修和防止取壓口堵塞而影響測量精度。在壓力波動范

圍大的場合還應加裝阻尼器或壓力緩沖裝置。

Installation notes

1. Direct install to the measuring point（any angles）.

2. It is better to be with less temperature fluctuation and avoid the strong vibration.

3. If it is needed to install outside of the house, it is better to put it into a protect case to avoid sun and rain.

4. While measuring the high temperature mediums, please do not exceed the temperature limitation. If

necessary, fit it with cooling devices.

5. Add pressure cut-off valve between the transmitter and the medium and add the dampers if the pressure

changes a lot.

Connection and debugging

See the chart as follow. Suggest the supply Us to be 24V.

The connected gauge should be R L =250Ω。If you choose other date for Us and R L ，the R L can not exceed

R L = .

Use wires to seal the holes on the sides of the transmitter or install the signal wire to the holes and fix by tight

nut. The hole without used should be sealed.
