用途：

高速分條機(jī)適合分切電子材料，保護(hù)膜，銅箔，鋁箔，OPP, PP, PE, PVC，復(fù)合材料等分條加工。本機(jī)廣泛用于印刷，包裝，電子，皮革，制衣，塑膠等行業(yè)。

特點(diǎn):
1. 電器控制系統(tǒng)采用進(jìn)口PLC控制，操作界面采用觸摸屏，可在屏幕上設(shè)定工作參數(shù)及顯示運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)狀況。采用圓刀分切，分切盤面整齊，有吹廢邊裝置。系統(tǒng)具有計(jì)米，計(jì)算卷徑，米數(shù)自動停機(jī)等功能。
2. 收卷采用滑差軸，由變頻電機(jī)驅(qū)動，自動張力控制。放卷由變頻器控制變頻電機(jī)驅(qū)動，自動張力控制。置料采用無軸裝卸料，油壓式升降，裝卸料方便，效率高，放卷自動糾偏。
3.自動排刀/紅外線自動對收卷管心/自動卸料(功能可選配)

Characteristic:

1. The electrical control system is controlled by imported PLC. The touch screen is used in the operation interface. The system has the functions of counting meters, calculating coil diameter and automatically stopping meters.
