1. No suction device and no filling water or infusing water. The pump adopts diaphragm vacuum pump to suck the air inside the pipeline and the water into pipeline automatically is sucked to the impeller under atmospheric pressure for the self priming process.
2. The pump can be combined with any pump according to the optimal supporting performance of the main pump such as end suction centrifugal pump. The pump has higher efficiency, better self priming than the general self priming pump. The impeller has the good cavitation performance and suction height is up 6 or 7 meters.
3. Self priming performance adopts multi channel vane gas water mixing separator (self priming disc to have the quick self priming process. Compared with the ordinary pump, self priming time is shortened by more than 50 percent. The pump has the small volume and light weight.
4. Inlet and outlet for the pump can be adjusted according to the operation condition.
5. The pump can be equipped with a control cabinet which can automatically start and stop according to the liquid and overload alarm and other functions in order to achieve automatic work.
