ZA, ZAO, ZE petrochemical pump overview

ZA, ZAO and ZE petrochemical pumps are single stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pumps. The pumps are mainly used in petroleum, chemical industry, synthetic fiber, fertilizer, power station, metallurgy, food and medicine and other industrial departments to transport clean liquids or the liquids containing particles, low temperature liquids or high temperature liquids,

Neutral or corrosive liquid. The temperature of the medium is commonly from - 45 ℃ to 180 ℃.

ZA, ZAO and ZE petrochemical process pumps are designed according to API160 and VDMA24297 (light/medium) specifications.

ZA, ZAO, ZE petrochemical pump for single stage, horizontal, volute pump. Pump body is with foot support, single suction impeller, Axial suction, radial discharge;

Adopt front and rear sealing rings and balancing holes for hydraulic balance according to the operating conditions;

The stuffing box has a cooling or heating pipe connectors. The shaft seal can used packing seal or  single end face or the double end face mechanical seal. Equipped with cooling, flushing or sealing fluid system.

Suction and discharge flanges shall have the same pressure rating.

Bearings are lubricated with clean machine oil no.22.

Viewed from motor end, rotation direction of the pump is clockwise.
