一、設備用途

NALH型移動式SF6氣體回收充氣裝置主要用于SF6電器開關制造廠、研究所、試驗站、鐵路和鋼鐵冶煉、發電廠、送變電工程公司、超高壓輸變電站等供配電部門對GISSF6開關電器進行抽真空、充氣、回收凈化SF6氣體及液化罐裝貯存SF6氣體。也可用于SF6開關電器產品在安裝、調試及檢修時使用的輔助設備，除去超標的水分、油份、塵埃等雜質，提升其絕緣性能。SF6氣體回收裝置的工作原理是用于主機將設備氣室內的SF6氣體抽出并壓縮至臨界壓力，使其成為液體后存入貯罐中貯存。在開關室需要時，將貯罐中的氣體回充到設備室內。其中還含有干燥系統、凈化系統，保證回收的SF6氣體中的含水量、含油量及雜質達到國家標準。同時還含有抽真空系統，保證設備中盡量不混入空氣和雜質。也可用于別的氣體的使用。

二、裝置主要性能標

1、抽真空速率

在初壓力為0.1Mpa終壓力小于133pa條件下，抽真空速率為小于10m3/ h、5m3/ h。

2、充氣速率

在初壓力小于133pa終壓力達0.8Mpa條件下，充氣速率為小于10m3/ h、5 m3/ h。

3、回收速率

在初壓力為0.8Mpa終壓力小于100pa條件下，回收速率為2m3/h。

4、凈化SF6氣體純度(質量控制)：回收后SF6氣體的微量水份（氣體濕度）小于50PPMm/V(體積比)，油份小于10PPMm/G(重量比)，塵埃粒徑小于20μm。

5、凈化SF6氣體溫度控制：

制冷機溫度設定為0℃-20℃儲液罐加熱溫度設定溫度為100℃，活化分子篩加熱溫度設定為400℃。

6、裝置的真空度保持：在133Pa壓力下保持24h，真空度上升小于400Pa。
7、凈化SF6氣體濕度控制：當氣源的六氟化硫氣體濕度為:≥1000μL/L時，經一次回收后的氣體濕度應低于:＜80μL/L。

8、**儲氣壓力：＜4.0Mpa。

9、裝置平均無故障時間≥1000h。

10、累積無故障運行時間≥5000h。

5, purification SF6 gas temperature control:

The temperature of the refrigerating machine is set to 0C to 20C. The temperature ofthestorage tank is set to100C and the heating temperature of the activated molecular sieve is set to 400C.

6, the device to maintain the vacuum: 133Pa pressure to maintain 24h, the vacuum roselessthan 400Pa.

7, purification SF6 gas humidity control: When the gas source of sulfur hexafluoridegashumidity: ≥1000μL / L,after a recovery of the gas humidity should be less than:<80μL / L.
