轉換、延時）的吸合時間和斷開時間，均自動測試三次并儲存數，并自動計算三次均值的返回系數且打印,

2.本機可方便地測試重合閘繼電器的各項參數。

3.本機采用了精密的計時基準(１０微秒)及長達999秒的計數器 ，所以可單獨作為精密毫秒計取代傳統的秒表。
