二、結構形式：冷油器按安裝形式，分為立式和臥式兩種；按冷卻管形式分為光管式和強化傳熱管式兩種；按冷卻管材質分為銅管和不銹鋼兩種。需根據不同的場合、使用性能等要求進行正確選用。
三、產品特點：
1、 換熱管可采用0.5-0.7mm的薄壁不銹鋼管材，提高了整體換熱性能，在相同的換熱面積下，總體的傳熱系數比銅管提高2.121-8.408%。
2、 管材可采用銅管或TP304、TP316、TP316L等**不銹合金鋼，使其具有較高的硬度，管子的鋼度也明顯提高，因此，具有很強的耐高溫沖擊性能及抗振性能。
3、 采用**不銹鋼管后由于管子內壁光滑，使得其邊界層流底層厚度減薄，既強化換熱，又提高了抗結垢性能。
4、 為了消除焊接應力，全部不銹鋼管在保護氣體中以1050℃高溫進行熱處理。
5、 所有不銹鋼管均采用壓差進行泄漏檢查，氣壓試驗至10MPa，5min無壓降。
6、 采用**不銹鋼管后抗氯離子能力強、設備造價低廉。
