1.ISW臥式 清水泵，供輸 送清水及物 理化學性質 類似于清水的 其它液體之 用，適用于 農田灌溉，工 業和

城市給排水 ，高層建筑增壓 送水，園林灌 溉，消防增壓 ，遠距離輸送 ，暖通制冷循 環、浴室等暖 水循

環增壓及設備配套，使用溫度T≤80℃

2.ISWR臥式 熱水泵廣 泛適用于 ：冶金、 化工、紡 織、造紙 及賓館飯店 等鍋爐熱 水增壓循 環采暖系 統，

ISWR型使用溫度T≤120℃。

3.ISWH臥式化工泵，供輸送不含固 體顆粒，具有腐蝕性，粘度類似于水的液體，適用 于化工、石油、冶

金、電力、造紙、食品、制藥和合成纖維等部門，使用溫度為-20℃～+120℃。

4. I SW B臥 式 管 道 油 泵 ， 供 輸 送 汽 油 、 煤 油 等 油 類 產 品 或 者 易 燃 易 爆 液 體 ， 被 輸 送 介 質 溫 度

為-20℃～+120℃。

2. ISWR horizontal hot water pump widely applies to: Boiler pressurized hot water circulation heating systems of metallurgy, chemical

industry, textile, papermaking, hotels, etc., with operating humidity T≤120℃ for ISWR type.

3. ISWH  horizontal chemical pump is used to convey  corrosive liquids  without solid particles with viscosity  similar to  water,  suitable

for  chemical,  petroleum,  metallurgy, electric power,  papermaking,  food, pharmaceutical,  synthetic  ?ber and  other departments,

with operating temperature -20℃~+120℃.

4. ISWB horizontal  pipeline oil  pump  is used  to  convey oil products such  as gasoline,  kerosene,  or  ?ammable  and  combustible

liquids, with temperature of conveyed medium -20℃~+120℃.

二、工作條件

1.吸入壓 力≤1.0MPa， 或泵系 統*高工 作壓力 ≤1.6MPa，即 泵吸入口 壓力＋ 泵揚程 ≤1.6MPa，泵靜 壓

試驗壓力為 2.5MPa，訂貨時請注 明系統工作壓 力，泵系統工 作壓力大于1.6MPa時 應在訂貨時另 行提

出，以便在制造時泵的過流部分和連接部分采用鑄鋼材料。

２.環境溫度＜40℃，相對濕度＜95％。

３.所輸送介質中固體顆粒體積含量不超過單位體積的0.1%，粒度＜0.2mm。

注：如使用介質為帶有細小顆粒，請在訂貨時注明，以便廠家采用耐磨式機械密封。

1. With suction  pressure  ≤1.0MPa, or maximum  operating  pressure  of pump  system  ≤1.6MPa,  i.e. pump  inlet  pressure  +  pump

head  ≤1.6MPa, hydrostatic  pump  test  pressure  2.5MPa,  please  indicate  the  system  operating  pressure when  placing  an  order,

pump system operating pressure greater  than 1.6MPa shall be otherwise set out when placing an order in order to use cast steel

material for the pump over?ow and connection parts during manufacturing.

2. The ambient temperature is <40℃, and relative humidity is <95%.

3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium is not more than 0.1% of unit volume, with particle size <0.2mm.

Note:  If  the working  medium  contains  tiny  particles,  please  indicate it  when  placing an  order  for  manufacturer’ s  use of  wear

resistant type mechanical seal.
