回路電阻測量是電氣測試的重要內容，根據《中華人民共和國電力行業標準》DL/T845.4-2004的標準，參照《電阻測量裝置通用技術條件第4部分：回路電阻測試儀》的要求。本公司研制了全新NAHLY回路電阻測試儀，可方便地進行高低壓開關的主觸頭接觸電阻值、高低壓電纜線路的直流電阻值等純阻性試品的測量。

本產品使用了高精度、高穩定度的直流恒流源，可提供固定直流電流輸出，克服了傳統回路電阻測量儀需調節電流輸出的缺點；本產品采用了寬溫帶背光的大屏幕圖形液晶顯示器，而不是傳統的數碼管顯示方式，可直觀的顯示漢字，使得儀器操作顯得更加方便、簡潔；本產品使用了精密儀用運算放大器和高精度A/D轉換器，結合高性能十六位單片機，確保了該產品的測試準確度；本產品還設計了實時日歷時鐘、數據存儲、打印以及保護等功能，使得該產品功能更加完備，性價比更高。
