1、NALC型氣體繼電器檢測臺，采用**的嵌入式系統控制技術，綜合用戶的實際需求而推出的新一代氣體繼電器試驗檢測系統。本系統采用了油泵—流量計連續測量方法，可分別對φ25、φ50、φ80毫米管徑的國內外氣體繼電器的流速、容積和密封進行檢測，且實驗過程無須人工參與。

2、嵌入的PC系統，采用全彩觸摸顯示器，可簡單直觀的對系統進行流速、容積、密封試驗的相關操作，并同時編輯打印相關檢測報告，且可以保存數據以便隨時調閱和打印。由于采用嵌入式設計，由PC控制，操作界面友好，整機自動化程度高等特點。

產品結構

1、結構特點

（1）外部機柜采用冷扎板折邊成型工藝制造，外形尺寸2400×650×1570mm(長×寬×高)，整機總重170kg；

（2）夾緊器采用螺桿棘輪方式夾緊被試件；

（3）油箱采用非承壓式結構，側面設有油位計；

（4）在被試件的安裝位置處設有防護罩；

2、電氣及控制系統

（1）工作環境：－10~＋50℃，相對濕度

（2）電氣主線路采用AC380V，總功率11KW；

（3）油泵電機采用AC380V，功率5.5KW；

（4）電動執行元件采用AC220V/DC24V電源控制，功率0.25KW；

（7）采用19寸全彩觸摸顯示器，全中英文圖形顯示，操作過程由系統自動完成，無需人工干預；

（8）采用虛擬投影鍵鼠。此技術為二維投影成像，在觸屏前方的工作臺面上，投影出一個紅色與標鍵盤大小一致的虛擬投影鍵盤，操作人員可用此鍵盤對試驗報告內容進行編輯。操作人員還可通過此鍵盤快捷鍵，完成鍵盤和鼠標的切換，并通過虛擬鍵盤上的快捷鍵關閉投影鍵鼠，再通過固定手勢打開。

（9）嵌入PC系統可直觀的對重瓦斯流速、輕瓦斯容積、密封檢測的單項和綜合項目進行操作，并同時編輯打印試驗報告；

（10）PC系統內安裝由我公司自主開發，具有完全知識產權的專業測量控制軟件，并且可實施網絡遠程系統升級和維護。

（11）遠程技術支持：如現場操作人員需要技術支持，設備只需接入外圍網絡，遠程端技術人員即可對設備進行遠程操控及設備軟件升級。
