我公司多年來專業致力于酚醛泡沫的研發生產,在酚醛泡沫的研發、生產、使用上積累了大量的經驗,根據這些經驗我們總結了酚醛泡沫的如下性能特點:
Our company has been dedicated to the research and development of phenolic foam for many years and accumulated a great deal of experience in the research, production and use ofphenolic foam. Based on these experiences, we summarized the following as performance characteristics of phenolic foam:

1極低的導熱系數
酚醛泡沫的導熱系數約為0.025w/(m.k),接近聚氨酯泡沫材料,優于擠塑板、聚苯板、巖棉、玻璃棉、泡沫玻璃、真金板等材料。而且我們公司還研發出了導熱系數低于0.023w/(m.k)的酚醛泡沫保溫板,應用于被動房可大大降低保溫層的厚度。
1 Very low thermal conductivity
The thermal conductivity of Phenolic foam is about 0.025w / (m.k), close to the data of polyurethane foam, better than the extruded board, polystyrene board, rock wool, glasswool, foam glass and other materials. And our company has also developed a thermal conductivity of phenolic foam insulation boards which less than 0.023w / (m.k), will be used in passive housing toreduce the thickness of the insulation layer.

2良好的尺寸穩定性
酚醛泡沫屬于熱固性材料,無論在高低溫(使用溫度-250℃~150℃),還是長期使用后,尺寸穩定性都非常好。這點在外墻保溫,尤其是薄抹灰系統中,顯得尤為重要。
如果保溫板尺寸穩定性不好,容易造成表面聚合物砂漿開裂以及保溫板與聚合物砂漿脫層,最終導致外墻保溫層脫落或屋面開裂滲水。
酚醛泡沫保溫板的尺寸穩定性明顯優于擠塑板、聚氨酯等材料。
2 good dimensional stability
Phenolic foam is thermosetting material, no matter in high and low temperature ( temperature range from -250 ℃to150℃) or long-termuse, the dimensional stability is very good. This is very important in the external wall insulation, especially in plastering system. ?If the size stability of insulation board is not good,likely to cause the polymer mortar surface cracking problem and insulation layer delamination from the polymer mortar, and ultimately lead to the insulation layer shedding from outer wall or roofcracking and water seepage problem. The dimensional stability of phenolic foam insulation board is much better than extruded board, polyurethane and other materials.

3優異的防火性能
酚醛泡沫生產時無需添加任何阻燃劑,氧指數大于40,高于一般的有機泡沫保溫隔熱材料。酚醛泡沫良好的防火性能表現在兩方面:一是遇火不燃,僅遇火部分碳化,表面無滴落物、無卷曲、無熔化現象、不具有火焰傳播性;二是遇火時發煙量低(**煙密度(SDR)不超過5),而且由于無需添加阻燃劑,幾乎無毒性煙氣產生,所以發生火災時也便于消防員救援。
經測試,25mm厚的酚醛泡沫板在經受1500℃的火焰噴射10min后,僅表面略有碳化卻燒不穿,既不會著火更不會散發濃煙和毒氣。
3 excellent fire resistance performance
Phenolic foam's production is without adding any flame retardant, oxygen index is more than 40, higher than the normal organic foam insulation materials. The good fire resistanceperformance of the phenolic foam shown in two ways: Firstly, don't ignite in case of fire, only partial carbonization, there is no drop on the surface , no curl, no melting, without ?flamespread; secondly, ?Low smoke (maximum smoke density (SDR)is ?no more than 5), and almost no toxic smoke generated ?due to no flame retardants added in the production, so it is alsoeasy for firefighters rescue given on a fire.
According to the testing, 25mm thick phenolic foam board under 1500 ℃flame spray for 10min, there is only a little carbonized on the surface but not burnedout, no flame and no toxic smoke.

4極低的熱擴散系數
什么是熱擴散系數?
以物體受熱升溫的情況為例來分析。在物體受熱升溫的非穩態導熱過程中,進入物體的熱量沿途不斷地被吸收而使局部溫度升高,在此過程持續到物體內部各點溫度全部相同為止。也是材料傳播溫度變化能力大小的指標,因而有導溫系數之稱。
熱擴散系數越小材料中溫度變化傳播得越緩慢。
4 Extremely low thermal diffusivity
What is thermal diffusivity?
Take the case of heating up the object as an example to analyze. In the heat transfer process, the heat entering the object is continuously absorbed along the way to make localtemperature rise, ?this process will be kept till the temperature inside the object are all the same. It is also the indicators which show the capacity of the material transit the temperature,?thus called the thermal conductivity.
The smaller the thermal diffusivity, the slower the propagation of the temperature change in the material.

如果保溫隔熱材料具有越低的熱擴散系數,溫度從一側傳遞到另一側需要更多的時間。所以對保溫隔熱材料而言,除了要求有較低的導熱系數之外,也應該要求有較低的熱擴散系數。因此,熱擴散系數也是除導熱系數之外,影響保溫隔熱材料實際應用效果的重要的參數指標。
If the thermal insulating material has a lower thermal diffusivity, it takes more time for the temperature to pass from one side to the other. Therefore, thermal insulationmaterials requires not only has a lower thermal conductivity, but also require a lower thermal diffusivity.
Therefore, the thermal diffusion coefficient is another important parameter index impact thel practical application of the ?thermal insulation material .

5耐老化,與建筑同壽命。
?
酚醛泡沫本身抗腐蝕抗老化,幾乎能夠耐所有無機酸、有機酸、有機溶劑的侵蝕,長期暴露于陽光下,其他無明顯老化現象,具有較好的耐老化性。
而且經觀察測試,外墻外保溫薄抹灰系統中的酚醛泡沫保溫板在自然現實環境中,其閉孔率和泡孔結構穩定,幾乎沒有變化。
上世紀90年代以來,酚醛泡沫就開始應用于英美等發達國家的建筑保溫,良好的酚醛泡沫性能可以保證與建筑同壽命。
5 anti-aging, and same life period with the building
?
Phenolic foam itself is anti-corrosion and anti-aging, almost can against all inorganic acids, organic acids, organic so*ents erosion, long-term exposure to sunlight, no othersignificant aging, with good aging resistance.
After observing and testing, the phenolic foam insulation board applied in exterior wall thermal insulation thin plaster system has almost no change in its closed porosity andstabe cell structure in the natural environment.
Since 1990s, phenolic foam was used for building insulation in the United States and other developed countries, ?good phenolic foam performance can guarantee the same lifewith building.
