Thenumber of revolutions of the mixing tools is 115 rpm and 230 rpm, those of the epicyclic gear 4.1 rpm. The mixing tools have an adjustable rotating diameter from minimum 350 mm to maximally 540mm. The B 200 is suitable for a drum diameter of 370 to 560 mm.
The mixing tools can be taken off and reattached in seconds. A combined drum centering and drum tightener for standard-drum-diameters up to 570 mm are posssible. The electrical control is made by aswitchgear cabinet at the stand.
The hydraulic aggregate and its control are installed in a separate housing underneath the electrical switchgear cabinet. The special mixing process ensures a complete homogenization of the mixingmedium without any unblended zones.
